Luxury Vinyl Tile

Luxury Vinyl Tile

Luxury Vinyl Tile

Deliver the authentic look of stone and concrete with durability and waterproof technology that today's homes demand. Scratch-resistant, easy maintenance, ideal for both residential homes and commercial projects. LVT flooring is built with multiple protective layers, including a durable wear layer that helps guard against stains, dents, and everyday wear. Explore our collection of waterproof luxury vinyl tile flooring to find the perfect color, texture, and finish for your space.

Why Choose Luxury Vinyl Tile?

Luxury vinyl tile gives you the look of real stone, ceramic, or concrete tile with none of the drawbacks — no cold surface underfoot, no cracking risk, no sealing required, and a fraction of the installation complexity. Where real tile requires a perfectly flat substrate, professional grouting, and days of cure time, LVT can be installed over most existing floors in a single day. The result is a surface that looks like tile, performs better than tile in many applications, and costs significantly less to install.

What makes our LVT collection stand out:

  • 100% waterproof — suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and below-grade spaces where real tile installation would require extensive preparation
  • Warm and comfortable underfoot — significantly warmer and softer than ceramic or porcelain tile, making it ideal for bathrooms and spaces where bare feet are common
  • Wear layer protection — available in 12 mil for light residential use up to 28 mil and above for commercial applications
  • Realistic tile visuals — high-resolution embossed-in-register printing replicates the look and texture of real stone, concrete, and ceramic tile
  • Compatible with underfloor heating — works with electric radiant heat systems up to 27°C surface temperature

LVT by style:

  • Stone look vinyl tile — travertine, slate, and limestone aesthetics with the warmth and comfort of vinyl underfoot; perfect for bathrooms and entryways
  • Concrete look vinyl tile — the industrial minimalist aesthetic of polished concrete without the cracking risk, cold surface, or sealing requirements
  • Wood look LVT — square and rectangular tile formats in warm wood tones for a parquet or patterned wood floor aesthetic

Available in click lock and glue down installation systems for both residential and commercial applications.

FAQ

What is luxury vinyl tile (LVT)?

Luxury vinyl tile is a type of luxury vinyl flooring manufactured in square or rectangular tile formats - as opposed to luxury vinyl plank (LVP), which comes in long, narrow plank shapes that mimic wood. LVT is designed to replicate the look of ceramic tile, stone tile, or concrete tile, and is available in standard tile sizes including 12×12, 12×24, 18×18, and 18×36 inches. Like LVP, it is 100% waterproof, durable, and available in click lock or glue down installation systems.

What is the difference between LVT and LVP?

LVT (luxury vinyl tile) and LVP (luxury vinyl plank) are the same product category - multi-layer vinyl flooring - differentiated only by format. LVP comes in long planks and is designed to look like wood. LVT comes in square or rectangular tiles and is designed to look like stone, ceramic, or concrete tile. Both share the same core construction, wear layer technology, and installation systems. The choice between them is purely a matter of the aesthetic you want to achieve.

Is LVT suitable for bathrooms?

Yes - luxury vinyl tile is one of the most popular bathroom flooring choices. It is 100% waterproof, warm and comfortable underfoot compared to real tile, extremely easy to clean, and available in stone and tile looks that suit bathroom aesthetics beautifully. Unlike real ceramic or porcelain tile, LVT does not feel cold on bare feet, which is a significant comfort advantage in bathrooms. It is suitable for bathroom floors, and for wet room applications, glue-down LVT provides the most stable and watertight installation.

Can LVT be installed over radiant floor heating?

Yes, but with important caveats. LVT is compatible with many radiant floor heating systems, but the maximum floor surface temperature must not exceed the manufacturer's recommended limit - typically 27°C (80°F). Exceeding this temperature can cause the vinyl to expand excessively, soften, or delaminate. Use a thermostat to regulate floor temperature, and always check the specific product's compatibility with underfloor heating before installation. SPC core LVT is generally more stable with underfloor heating than WPC core products.

What are the advantages of LVT over real ceramic or porcelain tile?

LVT offers several practical advantages over real tile in residential settings. It is significantly warmer and more comfortable underfoot. It is softer, which reduces fatigue when standing for long periods and reduces the risk of breakage if items are dropped on it. It is much easier to install - particularly click lock LVT, which can be installed over existing floors without adhesive or grout. It is also quieter underfoot than hard tile. The trade-offs are that LVT cannot match the longevity of quality porcelain tile and is more susceptible to damage from very heavy objects or sharp edges.
