  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify, related third-party applications, and service providers. Specifically Authorize.net for payment processing, Sales channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Amazon, Shipping companies such as UPS and R+L Carriers, Eniture Technology for shipping calculations, Hotjar for feedback, Constant Contact and LocaliQ for marketing purposes, and SAS for answering services.

Customer support information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Same as the above mentioned information. Mainly contact information and messages recorded by phone operators.
  • Purpose of collection: To provide customer support.
  • Source of collection: Collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: In addition to all mentioned above, SAS for phone calls and recordings, Hotjar for customer feedback and interaction feedback. Constant Contact for email marketing and other forms of marketing. All third-party applications related to selling and fulfilling customers' orders.

Any and all information collected by Shopify, the third-party applications, and service providers used on the site.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable technical data automatically generated by your use of our products and services.
