General Information

  • A refund will be issued for any active* products returned in original packaging and good sellable condition within 30 days of pickup or delivery date. Field tile must be returned in original factory boxes and in full-box quantities only.
  • Tiles of Europe sells products that are either a natural stone cut from a quarry, a clay tile or another material that is processed and manufactured to achieve certain colors and textures.
  • Stone is a natural product subject to variations in size, color, shade, veining, texture and polish. These variations are what make natural stone unique. All stone samples are provided by the manufacturer and are intended to convey the characteristics of a certain type of stone, but variations will occur, and the product’s conformity to a sample is not assured.
  • Although manufactured tiles may be more uniform, variations in color and texture can still occur, and the color of any sample may differ from the current product offering.
  • The coverages displayed are approximate, and product specifications are not guaranteed.
  • Where sales taxes apply, all orders are subject to the taxes in the location where the customer takes possession of the order.

*An active product is any SKU that is not discontinued in our system, is not a Special Order item, or is not a freight charge.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original unopened packaging.

To start a return, contact us at sales@tilesofeurope.com  Please let us know the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. The quantity of items you wish to return.
  3. The reason for your return

Once confirmed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This form should be included with the material being returned. Please note the following important information.

  1. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the freight on returns.
  2. A 15% re-stock fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
  3. Broken or damaged tile will not be refunded.
  4. Samples are not able to be returned for a refund.
  5. Shipping charges are not refunded.
  6. Once received, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

It is very important that you take extreme care in packaging and protecting any items that you are returning as tile is inherently fragile (until installed). We recommend that you insure your return and track it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
